Grown in Las Flores, Santa Barbara, this Parainema showcases a varietal often overlooked, brought to life through meticulous processing and exceptional finesse. The result is a deeply sweet, layered, and complex cup suitable for daily enjoyment. Cultivated alongside Pacas and Geisha on land inherited in 2015, each micro-lot reflects a legacy of coffee farming and a relentless drive to push quality and diversity to new heights.
