Spring has arrived, bringing sunshine, blooming landscapes, and the return of an annual Easter-inspired release. This limited blend playfully nods to the season while delivering serious quality in the cup. Inspired by early third-wave blends—when three-component coffees were the gold standard—this year’s version embraces that classic structure with a bold twist for 2025. The blend features Genji Challa from Ethiopia, a honey-processed Parainema by Rodelmiro Murcia from Honduras, and a Purple Caturra “COCONUT LEMONADE” co-ferment from Colombia’s Monteblanco Project. Bright, approachable, and bursting with flavour—good things, in biblical proportions.
