Drumroaster – Kayu

Kayu is a coffee factory located north of the capital city of Nairobi, in the Murang’a county. Peaberry coffee are beans that are sorted by screen due to their small size. They occur naturally in coffee, as sometimes the cherry doesn’t form two beans, it forms one small round bean. This coffee is lively, complex, and bright, with notes of black currant, lime, and caramel.
