The varietal Krume 74158 is a vibrant expression of Ethiopian coffee culture, grown by Regessa in the lush hills of Bombe Village, Sidama. This natural-processed gem comes from a meticulously managed 4-hectare farm shaded by false banana trees, where over 9,000 trees of the Krume 74158 variety thrive. Regessa’s blend of tradition and modern farming techniques—from hand-sorting every cherry to sun-drying on raised beds for 23-25 days—creates a coffee that’s electric, with juicy raspberry, delicate florals, and a bright citrus finish. Regessa’s Krume 74158 is a standout first single-farmer project, offering a bright, juicy experience that’s full of character.
