Cape Coffee – Disnel Ramirez Honey

This is our second lot from Disnel Ramirez, a young producer from Selguapa who has followed in the footsteps of his father Clementino. This is a common story for young smallholders, whose fathers lineage in coffee stretches back to the 70s and 80s. This honey processed Bourbon variety is incredibly smooth with lots of sweetness. We find notes of Turkish delight and chocolate cake.
