Cape Coffee – Kayon Mountain Natural

This is our first natural processed coffee that comes from The Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm in the Guji zone of Ethiopia’s Oromia region. The farm was established in 2012 and coffee is harvested from October to February by members of local villages. Natural processing is when cherries are harvested then dried with the bean remaining inside the coffee cherry. This natural Heirloom variety is floral and sweet with a bright acidity. It has notes of orange creamsicle, peach and wild blueberry.
