Cape Coffee – Shakiso

This washed coffee from the Guji zone of Ethiopia is made up of contributions from 450 small holders outside of the town of Shakiso, growing their traditional Ethiopian heirloom varieties at elevations between 1,800 and 2,200 masl. We find this coffee has notes of fresh florals, bright citrus and white peach.
