Dak Coffee – Poppy Soda

Sebastian Ramirez’s latest harvest of Poppy Soda has arrived, bringing back the lemonade, jasmine tea and peach that made this coffee so memorable. This harvest is a little sweeter and cleaner than the last, giving the citrus more definition and allowing the florals to carry further through the cup. It is a multi-stage washed Pink Bourbon grown at 1,800 metres in Colombia; bright, sweet and exceptionally clear. Lemonade turns out to be a remarkably accurate description, right down to the clean, refreshing finish.
