Drumroaster – Zobeida Alarcon

La Palestina, the Alarcon family farm, is located just outside the town of Jaen in Cajamarca, Peru. Now in its fourth year of sourcing from this farm, this particular lot—produced by Zobeida Alarcon—stands out for its exceptional quality. It presents notes of yellow fruit such as pineapple and mango, with a sweet, juicy body. In 2019, Zobeida Alarcon placed 11th in Peru’s Cup of Excellence competition with a lot produced from traditional varieties.
