Brompton Tune-ups
Tier 1 $160
- Consultation: Enjoy a complimentary coffee or tea while we conduct your initial intake assessment.
- Safety: Multi-point diagnostic check of the frame and fork for cracks or damage. All bolts checked and re-torqued.
- Bearings: Headset and front/rear hub cones adjusted; bottom bracket checked.
- Gears: Derailleur and/or hub gear adjustment.
- Tires & Tubes: Inflated to recommended PSI with a full sidewall and valve check.
- E-Bikes: All electrical connections checked, firmware updated, and battery charged.
- Cleaning: Chain and sprocket degreased to remove road grit, followed by frame and component surface detailing.
- Brakes: Fully adjusted for proper brake pad bite and clearance.
- Lubrication: Chain, cables, and pivot points oiled.
- Wheels: Alignment check and basic truing performed on the bike.
- 20% discount for additional specialist services.
Tier 2 $200
Everything in Tier 1 Plus...
- Cleaning: Comprehensive wipe-down of all parts - Frame polished
- Drivetrain Deep-Clean: Drivetrain removed for ultrasonic cleaning of chain, sprockets, derailleur, and indicator chain. Frame polished.
- Brakes: Discs straightened in a wheel stand. Calipers, pads, and rims/discs thoroughly cleaned.
- Hydraulic: Gravity bleed to remove air from the system.
- Lubrication: Front hub bearings and freehub body re-greased.
- Wheels: Full wheel truing performed in a stand with wheels removed.
