Dak Coffee – Casa Tropical

Casa Tropical is built around variation. This Colombian mega blend from Finca Los Nogales brings together Typica, Caturra and Cenicafé grown at 1,750 metres, all processed through Oscar Hernandez’s high-intervention experimental washed method. The blend changes slightly from one bag to the next, allowing different parts of the coffee to move forward; tropical fruit leads the profile, followed by ripe berries and occasional lemongrass. As an espresso, the process concentrates all that fruit into something juicy, aromatic and proudly unconventional.
