Dak Coffee – Berry Swirl

Berry Swirl arrived through a last-minute change to Dak’s order. When another coffee produced less volume than expected, Daniela Rodriguez offered this natural lot from Los Rodriguez in Bolivia to fill the remaining space in the container. It brings together the Kenyan varieties SL28, SL34 and Batian, grown at 1,500 metres, producing a deep and intensely fruity cup filled with forest berries, berry jam and tart sloe plum. A shipping adjustment gave this coffee its chance to travel; the result is one of the most exuberant coffees in Dak’s current collection.
