Dak Coffee – Lemon Spritz

Dak selected Lemon Spritz during a visit to Ethiopia earlier this year, choosing a washed heirloom coffee from the Chelchele washing station grown at 2,100 metres. The cup begins with the bright, refreshing character of lemon iced tea, followed by apricot jam and soft white florals; the fruit brings sweetness, while the washed process keeps everything clear and precise. Light, juicy and refreshing, Lemon Spritz tastes like summer found its way into a coffee.
