Dak Coffee – Lucky Cherry

Chosen to celebrate DAK’s seventh anniversary, Lucky Cherry brings plenty to the party. Black cherry sweetness meets bright blood orange and the rich, boozy character of aged rum. It’s a lively, fruit-forward coffee with enough sweetness to keep everything beautifully balanced.

Grown by Kanggo on Bali’s volcanic slopes, this Cobra variety travels to nearby processing specialists Heqa after harvest. There, the whole cherries ferment for 120 hours in a nitrogen-flushed tank before undergoing 14 days of controlled drying. That careful fermentation gives Lucky Cherry its expressive fruit and rum-like depth. A limited anniversary release for those who enjoy their coffee a little adventurous.
