Felipe Estela has become known in the region for consistency and careful cultivation, producing coffees that feel composed rather than flashy. This washed Yellow Caturra carries that approach beautifully, letting sweetness and structure unfold naturally in the cup.

It opens warm and comforting with sponge toffee sweetness, followed by the soft fruit character of canned pear and a subtle ground cherry brightness underneath.
