Solaris from Traffic Coffee is a light roast natural from Salomon Estela’s farm in El Pino, Peru, grown at 1,850–1,870 masl and built around the Marshell varietal, delivering a bright, fruit-driven cup with notes of 7UP, cranberry, and malt chocolate. The natural process brings a lively, soda-like acidity and layered sweetness, while the altitude and careful handling keep the profile clean and structured, resulting in a coffee that is both playful and well defined across brew methods.
