Traffic Coffee Marcelo

A passion project born from Marcelo Nogueira Assis and Flavio Marcio Silva’s dedication to the perfect cup, this coffee hails from a 229-hectare farm in the heart of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Nestled at 1206 meters, the farm was carefully selected after years of scouting for the ideal terroir. Since 2010, it’s been all about precision—starting with Olhos D’agua, the central plot where the natural processing magic happens.

Every detail of the drying process is carefully calibrated to craft a cup full of tropical vibrance and stone fruit complexity. The coffee is rotated 12 times a day to avoid any funky, off flavors, resulting in a Paraiso varietal that’s smooth, juicy, and bursting with flavor. It’s a coffee that celebrates the art of slow, intentional craft at every step.
