Traffic Coffee – Messorem Odd Coffee

This blend leans into what happens when two very different coffee worlds meet in the middle. Brazil brings the base. Colombia lifts it. Wilton Benitez and Eduardo Pereira each contribute lots that play to their strengths, one washed, one natural, building a profile that’s grounded but still expressive. It’s a darker roast, but the structure is intentional. Not just weight for the sake of it, but depth shaped by origin and process.

In the cup, it lands rich and familiar, then opens up. Chocolate cake and toasted almonds set the tone, full and round, while cherries push through with a soft, jammy brightness. There’s a steady sweetness running the whole way, with enough clarity to keep everything defined.
