Traffic Coffee – Oma Fontule

Musa Abalulesa grows this washed Ethiopian coffee with his brothers on high-elevation farms near Beshasha, where his family has developed a respected specialty-coffee operation and built lasting direct relationships with buyers. The JARC 74110 and 74165 varieties produce the clean, tea-like structure associated with excellent washed coffees from the region. Grapefruit iced tea brings a refreshing citrus character, northern wildflowers add fragrance and a brownie-like finish provides an unexpected depth of chocolate. It is bright and delicate without becoming austere; an exceptionally easy coffee to brew and enjoy.
