Crafted from single-origin coffees of the highest quality, sourced from Kiambu, Kenya, and Sidama, Ethiopia, this blend is all about bright, bold flavors. Larger shot ratios are recommended—think 17g of coffee for 42.5-45g of espresso in 29-31 seconds, but after a month of aging, it can be dialed down to a 1:2-1:2.25 ratio.
